This property provides a private setting offering incredible views of the White Mountains and fall foliage, located just across the street from the White Mountain National forest access to mountains and lakes are just minutes away! Close by to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking, mountain biking, boating and swimming in the summer there are endless options of outdoor enjoyment. Enjoy stunning sunsets over the mountains from the comfort of the couch, out by the fire, or while enjoying a game of pool in the game room!

ACCESSABILITY: Ramp to front door. 1st floor has accessible bedroom and bathroom.

Other things to note

*During summer months the home will have portable air conditioning units in each bedroom as well as a unit for the general living space.

* Winter note: The cabin is situated on a hill with a fairly steep road and drive way to reach the cabin. The road is paved but winter conditions to be expected. The road is plowed but it is typically done after a storm I or periodically through a stormy depending on how heavy the snow is. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive if possible or just be prepared to encounter possible winter conditions.

PETS:
All doggies are welcomed with no extra pet fee. You must notify us if you are intending to bring your pet. To avoid any possible damage or accidents in the home we do ask that the pet is kept in a crate if left unattended please.

Absolutely no cats or other pets other than agreed upon dogs on the premises.

There are 4 security cameras on property. Front porch, driveway, facing generator, and garage.

Basement and upstairs closet are locked and off-limits to guests.

Renters Policy:
- Principal guest must be 25 years of age to rent property.

All guests must sign rental agreement prior to checking into the cabin!!
